Fungi form the foundation of climate-friendly, plant-based foods. Thanks to their naturally high levels of umami, they deliver rich, world-class flavor while supporting more sustainable food systems. And beyond their scientific and industrial potential, many people experience a unique sense of joy and wellbeing in the simple act of foraging for mushrooms.
