More than water

Join us for a talk about water management techniques in industrial symbiosis and the possibilities it carries with it.
Water Innovation in industrial symbiosis

Water is only used for drinking, swimming and thirsty houseplants, right?

Wrong. Contrary to what most people think, water is far more complex, and when it is used in industrial productions, it can carry heat and energy, that can be used for other purposes, like generating electricity or providing district heating. Water can play a central role, particularly when it comes to industrial symbiosis, where industries collaborate to share resources and reduce their waste, improving their efficiency and sustainability.

At this Tech Talk Elham Ramin, researcher at DTU, will explore the overlooked topic of water management in industrial symbiosis. She will give new perspectives into the political factors and the technological innovations shaping the future of water management in industrial collaborations.
