Boehringer Ingelheim is a global, research-driven family-owned pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing human and animal health. Since 1991, we are running a production facility in Kalundborg where a range of feed supplements for cows, horses, cats and dogs is produced. Export is worldwide and the facility has a very high level of automation. Globally, Boehringer Ingelheim is the largest supplier of calcium additives for dairy cows. At our own on-site laboratory, we test for shelf life, quality and initiate product development. There are 35 employees at the Kalundborg facility covering the laboratory work, production, warehousing and administration. The facility holds ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 quality certifications and GMP+.
