Matchmaking Event

The Helix Lab Team arrange biannual matchmaking events for university supervisors and industry specialists, and facilitate the ongoing development of collaborative thesis projects for Helix Lab Fellowships.
The next Matchmaking Event is February 4 at Helix Lab.
University supervisors and specialists from Kalundborg industry are welcome to join the event. Participation is by invitation only. If interested, please contact Nanna Blume.
The Matchmaking Events are for university supervisors, industry specialist, and students are welcome.
At Matchmaking Events university supervisors and industry specialists discuss ideas for future collaborative MSc thesis projects for Helix Lab Fellowships.
Here industry partners pitch projects and ideas and first contact with university supervisors are established. Most contacts that lead to projects are made at the Matchmaking Events.
After a Matchmaking Event there are 7-9 weeks to develop the project idea with the industry/university supervisor into a MSc thesis project. This includes make final agreements, find a motivated MSc student, and make sure that you all (university, industry and student) agree on the project, and then apply for Helix Lab Fellowship.
We recommend that university supervisors have an overview of interested students before the Matchmaking Event making it much easier to make the right contacts.
Matchmaking Events are an opportunity for networking, establishing collaborative partnerships, and becoming part of the Helix Lab research community.
