Martin

Martin Egebjerg Olesen

Job: Process Engineer at Novo Nordisk A/S (Kalundborg)

Motivation: My motivation for seeking this job was in general that I wanted to make an impact and by a part of something bigger then myself. If I can apply some of my knowledge and hands-on experience in real life and thereby contribute to making the World a better place, I mean who wouldn't be a part of that? Also, the hiring manager's eager to sign me for this position on the basis from an old position I seeked months ago. That really caught my intention besides from the whole manufacturing site itself which is always expeanding. In addition, I find the symbiosis between all the different manufacturing players really appealing.
