The concept of artificial intelligence (AI) has gained a lot of attention in recent years, and the launch of the chatbot ChatGPT has particularly fueled the debate.

Artificial intelligence is already being used in many systems today, such as in decision support in the healthcare sector, to find valuable information in large datasets, and to provide us with personal and targeted recommendations on social media or platforms like Netflix.

Kasper Hallenborg, Head of the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute at the University of Southern Denmark, will provide us with insights into the field of artificial intelligence for various applications, including how researchers at the institute use it for robots in both production and healthcare. However, he will also illustrate some of the limitations of artificial intelligence, so there is no need to fear that it will take over the world in the short term.
